Jim Kennedy Under Sheriff of Hampshire for 28 years.
Following my Declaration as the new High Sheriff of Hampshire, Lady Portal and I presented this armada dish to Jim Kennedy. Jim has been the Under Sheriff of Hampshire for 28 years and has now been succeeded by Rachel Brooks. The dish was presented on behalf of all the High Sheriffs who have been advised and guided by Jim during his many years in office.
